Please be advised of the following shipping schedules:
• Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. CST, Monday – Thursday, will be shipped the following business day, or sooner.
• Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, and before 12:00 a.m. midnight CST on Saturday, will be shipped on Monday, or sooner.
• Although we will do our best to ship all weekend orders on Monday, any order placed on Sunday is subject to ship on Tuesday, or sooner.
Back Orders:
• Typically every item that we sell is stocked. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will give you an estimated time of availability and provide you with a few choices. You may cancel the out-of-stock item, no questions asked. You may have us hold the entire shipment until the back ordered product is available and we will ship your order complete. You may have us ship a partial shipment consisting of only your in-stock items followed by your back ordered products when they become available. Please understand these partial shipments are subject to additional shipping charges.

• Order Cancellation: In the event you need to cancel an online order the same day it is placed please contact Customer Service via e-mail, info@itsyourrhythm.com, or by phone at 701-388-6098 during our regular business hours. Cancellation of shipped order are subject to a restock charge. Sorry, freight charges are not refundable.
• General Returns: Please contact theVibe Boutique, LLC during our regular business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original, sellable condition, within 30 days of receipt to receive credit and may be subject to a restock charge. Sorry, freight charges are not refundable.
• Damaged Merchandise: At theVibe Boutique, LLC, we make every effort to safely secure and ship your orders to the best of our ability. However, we understand that merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged in the shipping process must be reported to the theVibe Boutique, LLC within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and package as received. We will then replace any damaged merchandise as necessary.
• Defective Merchandise: Quality control is a top priority at theVibe Boutique, LLC. In the event you receive defective merchandise please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt to make appropriate arrangements. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
